payment. In fact, we prefer electronic transfers to occur and find that where
accounts have been opened, our collections have improved and collection costs
have declined. Good for our clients and great for us. We are insured against
bad debts which is underwritten by Credit Guarantee because we believe that
special needs are best satisfied by using experts who have the necessary
skills and resources. Where the desired credit facility exceeds the maximum insured
value prescribed by Credit Guarantee, clients are at liberty to submit their
